Artist's Description
This is an experimental painting on yupo paper. The very white surface is left to make a border around the acrylic colors. The white of the birch trees accent the blended colors of the wooded background. This is cheerful study of color paiting.

Thanks for your reply! I just ordered a lot of Arches but I will try Yupo ASAP. Also, I have some interest in independent women in history and have a painting of Susan B. Anthony on my site under the Canajoharie gallery if you are interested in a look. Again, congratulations on your skill with the synthetic paper.

You have a wide ranging repertoire here in your galleries. I'm not familiar with Yupo paper but this is an intriguing work....I love the depth and freedom you achieve in the background.
